- Log Treatment: All Logs utilized in the construction are Borate treated which combats all wood eating insects, organisms and fungus. ( such treatment is done once in the life span of the home.)

- Handcrafted full scribe construction: All Log work (crafting) is done on site and crafted horizontally (throughout the length of the log) to match perfectly to the shape and contour of the log underneath it. this way ensures that there are no gaps between any two logs. To ensure an airtight environment, an acrylic polymer sealant is applied in the area where to logs contact from both the exterior and interior of the log wall.

- Durability: When using the correct design factors, the best type of wood for log homes, the best structural wood available in the US market, Borate treatment for logs, water based finishes that will protect against UV rays, premium coating for all screws and fasteners. all these factors will ensure long durability for the Log home that exceeds a 100 years.
